Revisiting the third edition of Domaine Vincey’s NV Blanc de Blancs Interlude, disgorged in May 2024 without dosage, it is based on the 2021 vintage and complemented by 50% reserve wines from 2018 and 2020 and marries fruit from Le Grand Jardin in Oger with Chemin de Châlons and Auge in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. It opens in the glass with aromas of yellow apple, quince and early-blooming white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, pillowy and fine-boned palate that is laden with incisive acidity and concludes with a long, saline finish.
