A much more sauvage-suffused nose speaks of dark berries, plum, earth and soft but perceptible wood influence. There is both good intensity and volume to the caressing medium-bodied flavors that possess an interesting texture that is borderline chalky, all wrapped in a youthfully austere and moderately firm finale.
