The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.

Rapid Ship

Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Some products will list both options of availability as there will be a certain number in stock, with the option to order additional bottles to be transferred from the supplier.

WE START OUR PROCESS BY SELECTING ONLY RIPE BLUE AGAVES FROM A SINGLE STATE IN THE LOW LANDS, NEAR THE TEQUILA VOLCANO. OUR COOKING PROCESS IS DONE IN A TRADITIONAL BRICK OVEN. AFTERWARDS WE GRIND THE AGAVE IN TWO PARTS: 1 PART GOES TO OUR TRADITIONAL TAHONA AND THE 2 ND PART GOES TO A MECHANICAL MILL. AFTERWARDS WE FERMENT THE COOKED JUICE WITH FIBERS . TO FINISH WE MAKE A DOUBLE DISTILLATION IN STAINLESS STEEL POTS WITH COOPER COIL. ITS FINISHED AT 84 PROOF, JUST IDEAL FOR COCKTAIL MAKING AND AGAVE AFICIONADOS.
