Aromas and flavors of chocolate maple nut fudge, brandied cherries and spiced apples, pencil shavings and conditioned wood, and bread crust and rooibos with a satiny, tangy, fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, refreshing, medium-long finish with notes of frosted wheat, mango chutney, cola float, and minerals. An even, nicely balanced Bourbon with solid flavors and drying wood and mineral notes.
