• Totalling 1.14 ha.
• Limestone and clay terroir.
• De-stemmed.
• 4-8-day pre-fermentation cold maceration.
• 2-3 week cuvaison, with very few punch downs.
• Indigenous yeast.
• Aged in barrel (50% new) for 20 months.
