Disgorged in November 2025 with a dosage of two grams per liter, the 2020 Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Les Musettes, from an east-facing site planted in 1971 and vinified in both wood and stainless steel, has turned out very well. It offers an aromatic profile of Granny Smith apple, jasmine and lemon oil, mingled with oyster shell and a faint hint of buckwheat. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, tightly wound and incisive, with a crisp core of fruit laden with bracing acidity, before concluding in a long, saline finish. Originating from deep soils, it registers around 13% final alcohol in the sunny 2020 vintage.
