Opening to the palest of pale pink colors, the Graci 2025 Etna Rosato is a lovely interpretation of Nerello Mascalese that emphasizes freshness and energy. In fact, those sensations supersede a rather neutral flavor profile that plays upon pink grapefruit and crushed stone. What I like most about this rosé is that it stays true to its Etna roots and does not attempt to mirror the overexposed Provence rosé category. The wine is simple, yes, but it is also distinctive and refreshingly unique.
