The 2023 Weissburgunder was picked in Ried Gemärk on limestone and in Ried Turner on crystalline rock. It fermented in stainless steel and large, used barrels. The nose has subtle and smooth touches of hay and straw. The palate is much fresher and brighter than the nose suggests, presenting a vivid lemon note and lively freshness on its slender, perfumed body.
