From a very warm and dry year and bottled in late January, the 2022 Fendant de Vétroz Les Terrasses offers a pure yet intense and saline bouquet with ripe and tropical fruit (passion fruit) aromas. Enormously fresh or even racy at this young stage, this is a round, lush and intense Chasselas with fine grip and tension. Refreshing aperitif. 12% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted in Zurich, February 2023.
