The 2024 Aligoté Las Cimas Vineyard is gorgeous. Apricot, white flowers, mint, dried herbs and chalk all race across the palate. In this vintage, the Aligoté has an extra kick of textural richness, and yet it retains plenty of savory/mineral energy.
