A tightly-meshed, linear version with smoke and whole grain toast notes layered with flavors of ripe black currant and candied lemon zest. Creamy, with an underpinning of minerally chalk, salt and oyster shell elements pushing through and lingering on the finish. Disgorged February 2021. Drink now through 2030.
