Originating from four villages in the Côteaux Sud d’Épernay, where clay overlies limestone, it bursts from the glass with notes of green apple, lemon zest and early-blooming white blossoms mingling with coconut. The palate is medium-bodied, incisive and chalky, with a chiseled, rather linear profile that culminates in a long, saline finish.
