The NV (2021) Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Les Rouges Maisons is terrific, especially for this vintage. Dried cherry, kirsch, dried flowers, marzipan and spice fill out the layers effortlessly. There’s gorgeous presence and textural resonance, not to mention considerable dimension to round things out. This is impressive. Dosage is 2.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: December 2024; multiple disgorgements throughout the year.
