Pears and green apples on the nose with hints of aniseed and almond paste. Medium-bodied with solid density and depth. There’s a minerally undertone, as well as crushed stone. Attractive fruit at the end with some matchstick character. Solid white Bordeaux. 80% sauvignon blanc and 20% semillon. Drink now.
