91-94 Exuberantly pinot-like aromas include those of both red and blue fruit, earth and a whisper of the sauvage along with background floral and spice hints. Once again, there is a highly attractive texture to the solidly concentrated and intense flavors that are at once robust yet sleek, all wrapped in a powerful and very firm finish; indeed it is presently almost strict. This is definitely not fashioned for early consumption and while there is excellent potential, it is expressly built for extended keeping.
