The 2023 Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten Kabinett (Golden Capsule) is still a little reductive at first, but it has precise and herbal fruit aromas and indicates depth, salt and finesse. Dense and lush on the palate, this is an intense and mouth-filling yet also textured and almost hedonistic Würzgarten Kabinett with filigreed acidity and flinty/slatey grip on the finish. This Kabinett is still very young and needs some more years in the bottle to refine and integrate its savory grip. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in January 2026 (AP 62 24).
