89-91 Once again there is a coolness to the airy aromas of quinine, lemon rind and ripe white orchard fruit. There is solid volume to the bigger and richer flavors that possess focused power on the bone-dry and better-balanced finale. This could also use better depth so plan on at least a few years of forbearance.
