88-91 A discreetly spicy and equally floral-suffused nose reflects notes of black cherry, cassis and a whiff of smoke. Once again, the mid-palate texture of the solidly concentrated flavors is sleek and velvety, which definitely contrasts with the austere finish that flirts with dryness. There is enough gas present to mention and this could be the cause of the dryness today.
