The 2023 Les Îles Féray l’Ardeche is delicious as it opens with intense dark cherry, peppery scents, crushed graphite and orange rind. Black-fruited and spicy, the medium-bodied 2023 shows well at this early stage, following through with notable freshness on the elegant finish.
