The 2020 Extra Brut Bouzy Grand Cru Les Maillerettes, 100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1970, is open-knit, attractive and quite seductive. Crushed flowers, cranberry, spice, mint, dried herbs, kirsch and macerated cherry are some of the notes that grace this sensual, inviting Champagne. Savory undertones accentuate the vibrant finish. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: December 2024.
