This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. The nose is enchantingly expressive, opening with petrichor, green papaya, apple blossoms, corn silk, roasted corn, and huitlacoche. The palate is round and waxy, packed with notes of piloncillo and sorghum, chocolate mint, marigold, and fresh and roasted orchard fruits plus a hint of BBQ sauce. The finish is long, sustained by prickles of green peppercorn spice.
