The wine glints light gold in color with subtle scents of white peach, apricot and roses. On the palate the grapes Viognier and Roussanne blend beautifully and luxuriantly together. The flavors are ripe but retain a refreshing crispness – even at the height of summer, this single vineyard enjoys cool nights – and the time the wine spends in tonneau contributes subtle notes of vanilla pod seeds and almond.

An excellent match for white meats, sushi, fritto misto or dishes made with winter or summer squash.

There are few countries in the world with a viticultural history as long or as illustrious as that claimed by Italy.
