The 2024 Criolla Blanca, 100% Pedro Giménez from San Carlos with brief skin contact, opens with Muscat-like notes and dried apricot. Expressive, if slightly unconventional. Dry, with a touch of grip from the skins, it is flavorful though somewhat short. An interesting direction for the variety.
