Aromas and flavors of persimmon, bergamot, rose water, cherry, and orange, and coriander and grapefruit with a velvety, lively, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, appealing, medium-length finish with overtones of rose water, cherry, and orange, bergamot tea with persimmon, walnut, and anise and mace. A sweet and heady Vermouth that will add a delicately floral punch to a Manhattan.
