Pretty coffee brown/espresso color. There’s an entire botanical universe of aroma happening here including sassafras, root beer, sage, rosemary, basil, parsley, white pepper. Taste-wise, the attributes appreciated in the bouquet are all present and accounted for the flavor, which is crisp, incredibly bitter, yet stunning in its earthy, woodsy elegance.
