Aromas and flavors of cinnamon and ginger, potpourri and sassafras tea, chocolate covered orange, and maple syrup with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, stimulating, medium-long finish revealing suggestions of cinnamon and nutmeg, cocoa dusted candied orange, fig and dates, and honey comb. Honeyed barley, sweet baking spices, and layers of red and orchard fruits; a benchmark example of American Single Malt with sherry cask aging.
