The 2024 Cinsault Ungrafted from Guarilihue Valley, Itata, was sourced 70% from slopes and 30% from valley floor soils. Purple-garnet in hue, it shows elderberry, soft watermelon and a light vinous note. This is curious in character. On the palate, it’s smooth with a soft, chalky texture and delicate flavor. With 13.5% alcohol, this sits somewhere between a glou-glou style and a wine with structure.
