This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Expect a ruddy brown hue and mild cinnamon red-hots candy aroma. The syrupy palate opens with cinnamon bark, layering hints of red fruit and milk chocolate, finishing with clove heat. According to the producer, this liqueur had roots in Peloponnese (Southern Greece) and was consumed during the Middle Ages.
