The NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is another highlight in this range from Veuve Fourny & Fils. Dried flowers, herbs and dried orchard fruit confer tons of bright, savory intensity to play off the wine’s decidedly phenolic feel. There’s terrific palate presence and structure here, not to mention the complexity to make this an extremely versatile Champagne for the dinner table. I loved it. Lot 72451.
