An intense and earthy wine that is seamless and compelling. The nose shows forest floor, dark soil, fragrant flowers, balsamic, strawberries and red and black cherries. The palate is so silky, with that same mix of dark fruit and earth. It's really wonderful. This is a re-release. Medium- to full-bodied. Drink or hold.

The 2020 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast is the only red wine produced by Vivier in this challenging vintage. The nose offers cranberry, woodsmoke, mushroom and graphite aromas with touches of citrus. The light-bodied palate is softly chalky and refreshing with a core of earthy fruit and a spicy finish. Pleasantly rustic in style, drink it over the next 3-5 years.
