HANA Fuji Apple lives up to its name with an appealing aroma that fulfills its promise on the palate with the crisp tartness of a delicious Fuji apple. The lovely lingering finish continues the taste of rich apple flavor. Its low alcohol makes it a fine aperitif, either straight up or on the rocks. Drink on its own for dessert, soaked into sponge cake. Try adding a few drops as flavorful sweeter when you make whipped cream. It is also great as a palate cleanser (like sorbet) between strongly flavored savory courses.
