Aged for eight years—twice as long as regular Jim Beam—this Bourbon offers rich caramel aroma and flavor. Though it's a little fiery from the first sip, moderating the heat with water brings out a saline lick that makes for a salted caramel impression, fading to vanilla on the long finish. (Best Buy)

Oregon, Washington State and New York have all developed sophisticated and technologically advanced wine cultures of their own, and the output of U.S wineries is increasing each year as more and more people are converted to their produce.
