BELA is made from a 50/50 blend of two indigenous plums, and aged in stainless steel. With an abv of 40%, it is a clean, floral beverage, and gentle on the palate. Though abundant with fruit, it is also pleasantly dry and ridiculously easy to drink. Reminiscent of slivovitz from more Northern European neighbors like Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, but with a distinctive nose and taste.
