The Ronchi di Cialla 2016 Friuli Colli Orientali Sottozona Cialla Ciallabianco (with 8,980 bottles made, plus 240 magnums) shows structure, fiber and staying power. In terms of aromas, the wine focuses on stone fruit, honey and toasted nut. Together, these aromas build the wine's complexity and the fruity fiber that give this blend its focus and determination. This is a composition of 60% Ribolla Gialla, 30% Picolit and 10% Verduzzo, fermented and aged in oak, that can be proudly served with a fire-grilled Adriatic orata or your favorite flaky white fish. ...
