About Ceretto Vineyard and Winery

In the Langhe region, every hill has its own history and its own image. The Ceretto Aziende Vitivinicole has been able to select the best crus and create a group of small wineries that produce a considerable number of bottles without sacrificing quality. Direct, in-house wine-making that combines tradition and innovation is the cornerstone of the Cerettos corporate philosophy. And as important as investment in technology and property has been investment in human resources, so the azienda has trained a group of talented young professionals and given them a significant degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Ceretto Winery Zonchera Barolo

This is a soft, harmonious, velvety Barolo, with a limited tannin content and a generally fine balance between alcohol and acid. It displays extraordinary drinkability after just a few months in the bottle, and in eccellent vintages it can be enjoyed for at least ten years.

Ceretto Winery Prapo Barolo

Deep ruby red. Bouquet: Ethereal perfumes and withered rose with a slight fragrance of underbrush. Palate: Full-bodied, concentrated with complex bouquet of withered roses, underbrush spices and ripe cherries. Good tannins. Recommended with: Meats, pastas with complex sauces and cheese.

Ceretto Winery Bricco Asili Barbaresco

Good medium red. Deeply perfumed aromas of red fruits and smoke. Sweeter than Ceretto’s other 2000 Barbarescos but also more firmly built, with good body and backbone. Finishes with firm, building tannins. This is absorbing it oak nicely.

Ceretto Winery Santo Stefano Moscato

Color: Intense straw yellow. Bouquet: Full fruit nose, very aromatic and persistent. Palate: Sweet flavors balanced with acidity, fresh flavor. Recommended with: As dessert itself or with fruit (peach or pear) desserts. Serve chilled.
