This five-year-old from Grand Champagne is a fine example of a young, all-around Cognac that can be sipped and also has the proof to use in cocktails. Straw-colored, with a very fruity, floral nose, it seems delicate at first, with green apple and hay notes, but soon enough shows its full body and bite.
