Expressive aromas of baked tortilla, ripe mango, and fresh jalapeno fill the glass, and meld nicely with the earthy character of the palate. Notes of almond, pineapple, and thyme come to mind, tempered nicely by barrel aging. Pleasant and easy drinking.
