Their Tintilla (Trousseau) comes from some of the highest-elevation vines planted in the island, above 1,200 meters (3,900 feet) of altitude. Vinification is simple and direct. The grapes are de-stemmed, fermented in tank and then rest for 4 months in old American oak before being bottled.
