Amber color. Umami, fatty, meaty aromas and flavors of teriyaki sauce, umami, grilled meats, soy, sweetness, herbs, dark chocolate, coffee grounds, and burnt sugar with a satiny, vibrant, dryish medium body and a warming, complex, relaxed finish with nuances of smokey oak, charred meat, soy sauce, stewed purple fruits, blueberry, walnut paste, sweet tobacco, and salted caramel gelato. A savory añejo driven by complex oak flavors.
