The color is deep gold with hints of amber. The opulent nose has deep notes of a campfire, golden raisins, honeycomb, and a touch of dried herbs. Round and smooth on the palate with the flavors matching the aromas. A suggestion of maple syrup and crushed almonds comes through in the finish adding complexity. - 2021 ULTIMATE SPIRITS CHALLENGE

COLOUR: Copper gold. NOSE: Vanilla, orange, cracked black pepper, dark chocolate. TASTE: Nectarines, ginger, coffee, toasted almonds. CASK FINISH: Matured in American White ex bourbon barrels for 10 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
