The light-bodied palate is bright and refreshing with a deep core of fruit, a touch of anchoring texture and a long, spicy finish. It drinks well on its own, although it will pair widely at the table.

Pale pink with amazing clarity and a touch of neon electricity in the glass, this rosé shows pink grapefruit and tart plum on the nose. It is bright and racy, balancing acid and minerality to create a long and complete mouthfeel.
