With a deep amber hue and mellow vanilla aroma, this lush Cognac opens with cocoa powder, vanilla and dried cherry and fig. Hints of violet and clove dry to a walnut finish.

Beaming with a beautiful vibrant mahogany robe, this Cognac is a testament to craftsmanship. Complex and rich, it envelops the palate with a silky smooth texture that delights the senses. Nuances of raisins and sun-dried white cherries add a balancing fruitiness to the spiced background. (Finalist) - 2023 ULTIMATE SPIRITS CHALLENGE

Aged from 10 to 37 years from a blend of more than 400 eaux-de-vie, 85% from Grande Champagne. Dark copper in color. The nose is typical but attractive, offering candied orange, burnt sugar and a bit of pastry, and a little floral. On the palate, it’s warm and generous, delivering citrus and maple throughout, along with some juicy acidity, and lots of tingling spice on the finish. Good, but a little too basic for the price.
