Straw yellow color. Aromas and flavors of vegetable garden after a summer rain, freshly shucked oysters, vanilla and lemon curd, and chamomile with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with notes of lemon vanilla creme brulee, fresh garden herbs with citrus and black pepper, mace, and baked apricot. A beautiful balance of barrel and agave; think baking spices and herbs on an arugala salad.

NOTES OF PLUM, WHITE PEPPER AND TOFFEE. AGED IN EX-AMERICAN WHISKEY BARRELS FOR 8 WEEKS AND 8 DAYS.
