This Tequila is aged 6 months in American oak, then finished in PX Sherry casks and blended with a touch of extra añejo Tequila. The end result is rich, honeyed tones with a bit of savory edge. Cooked agave and coconut aromas lead the nose, while the palate opens with distinctly peppery vibes. Bell pepper and jalapeño segue into clove, cayenne, coconut and vanilla.

From 100% pure Blue Weber agave, Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado reaches its perfectly robust flavor through rest. After ruminating for over six slow months in American white oak barrels, the liquid is blended with a touch of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Extra Añejo and finished at its leisure in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method. Once sipped, it reveals its spicy, audacious character. ON THE NOSE Complex and spicy, with notes of lightly toasted coffee and cocoa, oak wood, and humid forest aromas. FLAVOR PROFILE Bold and robust, with notes of wine, wood, and medium roast cocoa. SERVING NOTES Sip it, shoot it. Either way, enjoy the ride.
