The sustained maturing process over the course of 21 years. As the Single Malt matures in the quality bourbon and sherry barrels, a new and complex colour and flavour profile is created over time. TO THE NOSE Ripe gooseberry notes together with sweet vanilla and oak, combined with a freshly cut barley flavour. TO THE TONGUE Light chocolate and soft, green fruit, with a twist of old oak and honey for a satisfying, smooth whisky taste.
