A vague suggestion of the exotic suffuses the ripe aromas of white peach, passion fruit and orange peel. There is impressive density and powerful the delicious and appealingly textured medium-bodied flavors that reflect a certain robustness on the complex, balanced and firm finale. Good stuff that, while a bit atypical for Maltroie, seems to work all the same.

Of all the white wine grape varietals, surely the one that has spread the furthest and is most widely appreciated is Chardonnay. No grape varietal is better suited to this process than Chardonnay, which manages to balance these silky, creamy notes with fresh white fruit flavors beautifully.
