The 2021 Grillo Tagós Vendemmia Tardiva slowly emerges from the glass, blossoming with delicate notes of mint, sage and chlorophyll that complicate a touch of green melon. Rich and weighty yet beautifully balanced, it offers ripe orchard fruits and a cascade of confectionary spices, all contrasted by chalky mineral tones. The wine tapers off perfumed, leaving nuances of coconut and candied citrus through the long, fresh finale. The 2021 has 110 grams of residual sugar per liter.

There are few countries in the world with a viticultural history as long or as illustrious as that claimed by Italy. The lovely result of a long wait. Bright colour with intense golden reflections, balanced bouquet with scents of fruits and flowers, notes of honey and cinnamon follow. The wine is pleasurable on the palate due to its sweetness, sapidity and softness. Great structure.
