Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon sports a deep garnet-purple color, bursting from the glass with bold, flamboyant notions of boysenberries, blackcurrant pastilles, stewed plums and violets plus suggestions of allspice, cumin seed, forest floor and unsmoked cigars with a waft of potpourri. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is an elegant powerhouse, quaking with the latent energy of restrained black fruit and earthy layers. It possesses seamless freshness and a fantastically long, fragrant earth and floral perfumed finish. It will require a good 3-5 years in cellar, but it will be well worth the wait.

The deep dark ruby colored Beckstoffer To Kalon boasts a brooding perfume of sultry violets, wild blackberry, and black figs. Red currant, black cherry, and mulberry preserve flavors dominate the entry tinged with cool menthol and bay laurel notes.
