The 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Montmain has also turned out nicely, shedding a touch of youthful reduction in the glass to deliver notes of pear, citrus zest and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, it’s racy and saline, with bright acids and a long, mouthwatering finish.
