This Champagne has a luminous robe, with a dense raspberry pink color. It is animated by fine and lively bubbles that feed a delicate cordon. The visual sensation announces a fruity and nuanced wine. The nose is elegant and mineral with notes of smoked limestone, which are enhanced by fruity notes of wild strawberry, pomelo, and floral and undergrowth scents. The aeration of the Champagne reveals notes of hazelnut, cherry. The first contact in the palate is soft and fresh with a creamy effervescence. The Champagne develops a pulpy fruity matter orchestrated by a minerality which confers fruity and tannic volume with a pure and precise sensation.
